* The Eaters of the dead has been my favourit book for many years;
* the book describes the adventures and journey through the North Europe from the point of view of Aḥmad ibn Faḍlān ibn al-ʿAbbās ibn Rāšid ibn Ḥammād;
* the book is based on the real story written in the Ahmand's manuscript around 10th century;
* I really like the story, the plot, the fight against the "Wendols"
* the book has horror atmosphere!
