Recenze Decision Model for Performance-Driven Prioritization of Operational Decisions on the Manufacturing Shop Floor

Shop floors grow complex with Industry 4.0, yet human choices-often made under risk and bias-still drive performance across cost, flexibility, quality, safety, sustainability, and time. This dissertation builds a model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process to prioritize 31 shop-floor decisions against a three-layer performance hierarchy. A web application with group aggregation ensures consistent weighting. Expert review, scenarios, and sensitivity checks support applicability and impact.
