Adrian je překvapivě vlastně velmi vtipný hlavní postava a tato kniha je mnohem zábavnější než uchopení, plná podivných nehod a jeho úvah svých vrstevníků, každodenního života a nepředvídatelné rodiny. Kdokoli, kdo kdy byl teenagerem, se pravděpodobně může vztahovat ke svým stručným postřehům a celá věc je hodně zábavná. Nejlepší ze všeho, je že každá postava v příběhu má vyvinutý děj.
