The first book of two. Book about horse is very nice. Brooding hero Jake Lovell, under whose magic hands even the most difficult horse or woman is charmed, is driven by his loathing of the dashing darling of the show ring, Rupert Campbell-Black. Having pinched each other's horses and drunk their way around the capitals of Europe, the feud between the two men finally erupts. Having pinched each other's horses and drunk their way.

První díl dvoudílného románu o jezdcích, koních a také nenávisti, odplatě, ale zároveň i lásce, sexu, hlubokých vztazích, přátelství a krutosti. Příbeh byl i zflmován, ale knižní verze mi připadá lepší. Vypráví příběh hodného a zlého jezdce, příběh jejich koní jejich žen a jejich vzestupu a pádu. Určitě doporučuji přečíst i druhý díl který na první přímo navazuje. Jde vlastně o jeden dlouhý díl rozdělení do dvou románu.
