The first original volume of the genre-defining comic Hellblazer is filled with the first two story archs and presents John Constantine - a man, a magus, a bastard. Hellblazer had started the "occult horror" genre, which brought to life such successful shows as Supernatural. John is a Mage that gets in beef with everything and everyone - be it angels, demons, various gods, faeries and o... číst celéther beasts, usually for important reason that could be summed up as "we could all live peacefully if everyone wouldn't be a douchbag". Also, Hellblazer is by no means some superhero comic, people - and important people - die a lot. All magic has its price and when Heaven and Hell duke it out, it is usually the humans that bleed. You will find no fireballs and punching here either - John knows he can't Rocky his way through Hell and that magic doesn't make you shoot lighting from your fingers - Constantine always uses his cunning and trickery to win, which makes the stories that more interesting. A must for every fan of supernatural, magic and mind-over-might!
